We were invited to assist in developing the masterplan for a unique endeavour: the transformation of the former Paper Mill site on the Yarra River in Alphington. This development, overseen by Glenvill Developments, is now known as YarraBend—a landmark residential and mixed-used development heralded as ‘the World’s Most Liveable suburb.’
YarraBend sets a new standard for urban liveability and design excellence. Every aspect of this forward-thinking community has been meticulously crafted, including a state-of-the-art wellness center, Tech Concierge services, an artisanal food hub, and convenient access to nearby shopping amenities.
The masterplan which was developed over a number of years, ties everything together and established the framework for future staged development that is ongoing today.
