This new home for a valued repeat client exemplifies a sophisticated approach to modern design, incorporating advanced sustainable design with ‘passive house’ features to enhance thermal comfort and natural daylight. The design thoughtfully integrates these elements throughout,
including construction, glazing, material selection and space planning.
A critical aspect of the design was optimising the building footprint. This involved meticulous analysis of overlooking, setbacks, and overshadowing, pushing these parameters to their limits.
